- I think the "expert" lady in the Today spot that calls it a "black accent" is the one who is racist. The accent is Jamaican! I think the ad is awesome and we can all use a little "No problem" Jamaican attitude anywhere in the world we might be ... even in a car commercial.

- I feel for those of you who don't feel you can use all your vacation. That really sucks. It sounds like either you're working for the wrong company or you're in the wrong career or both. I am luckily very fortunate.

- In the short term, maybe. In the long term, no. Ever hear about someone having an affair and having their marriage break up, and they say "I don't know how it happened. We just hooked up all of a sudden!" It doesn't just "suddenly" happen. Some people send signals, and others don't.

- I agree @Windy. The lack of separation of concerns is the loose nut in this machine. Seems like we need to get back to having investment banking and traditional banking separated. As for the banks getting off easy, I don't quite agree.
